Your responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals.
  • Responsible for product roadmap development, brand positioning, requirement gathering, pricing, and go-to-market planning.
  • Collection responsibility including price structure, fashion grade and customer needs.
  • Final collection responsibilities.
  • Ownership of range plan for each collection
  • Collaborate (as Stakeholder) with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions on product enhancements and updates.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
Your profile
  • Proven experience (10-12 years) in product strategy or buying and merchandising background, preferably in a retail industry.
  • Master's degree in Business, Merchandising and / or Fashion. 
  • Strong market and customer insight, with an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and planning skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong in entrepreneurial thinking and decision taking.
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills and cross-functional teamwork affinity.
