Your responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain integrated monitoring tools for profitability of business divisions or product segments
  • Train and support staff on SAP CO-functionalities and ensure proper utilization of the system.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in SAP to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed by management.
  • Manage company and Cost Center (CoCe) budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews to track performance against targets and identify variances.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting efforts to provide accurate financial projections.
  • Develop and maintain closing checklists, accruals, and provisions to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and review company cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with at least 2 years of experience using SAP. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or others as relevant to financial operations. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. 
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives and system implementations is a plus.
  • A good level of English.
