We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive the organization’s Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Analytics teams and initiatives. As Data and Analytics Lead you will drive strategic initiatives while actively collaborating with the team, using your hands-on expertise to develop solutions and make an impact together. 

Master Data Management (MDM): 
Ensure the maintenance, quality, and consistency of master data by establishing MDM standards, policies, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams for data accuracy and business alignment. 

Business Intelligence (BI):
Drive the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations, ensuring scalable, user-friendly BI solutions aligned with stakeholder needs while leveraging advanced analytics for deeper insights. 

Data Engineering & Analytics:
Guide Data Engineers in building and maintaining data pipelines, architectures, and data lakes, ensuring seamless integration of data sources for availability, reliability, and scalability, while promoting the adoption of analytics tools for actionable insights.
 
Team Management & Development:
Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment, resourcing, and training. Drive performance with Scrum, deliver high-value outcomes, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support data initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; a Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or analytics roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions 
  
  
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and in-system reporting (esp. SAP s/4 HANA) 
• Strong knowledge of (master) data management, ETL processes, and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), as well as data warehousing/lake architectures
  
  Leadership & Communication:
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
