Your responsibilities

Close cooperation and further expansion and professional development of existing teams under the leadership of team leads in foreign subsidiaries 
Lead and participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR/HGB or IFRS
Define and implement accounting and consolidation guidelines
Prepare regular financial reports and analyses
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and related regulatory filings
Implement new processes and continuously optimize existing workflows
Contribute to general business management topics and handle ad-hoc financial matters
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, authorities, and external stakeholders

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration, economics (university/university of applied sciences), or a commercial education
Further qualification as a certified accountant is desirable
Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting within internationally operating companies
Proven expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR/HGB or IFRS
Strong practical knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP FI is a plus
Excellent English skills relevant to the field
Strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and an independent working style
