Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail partners.
- Advise customers on product assortment and support them in optimizing their sales performance.
- Implement sell-through initiatives and point-of-sale activities to drive partner success.
- Present product collections at trade fairs, customer meetings, showrooms, and digital platforms.
- Ensure an excellent buying experience for wholesale partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and relationship management.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic development.
- Track and report key sales KPIs and market insights.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in field sales, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, independent working style.
- Passion for premium products and strong customer focus.
- Confident use of digital tools for customer management and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Product and material awareness.
- Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction.
