Role summary

You will be at the heart of our people function, guiding employees and managers through key moments of the employee lifecycle, strengthening recruitment efforts, improving HR practices, and ensuring that everything we do aligns with legal requirements and organizational values.

Your responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Manage and support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including contract administration, onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment references and related documentation
  • Employee & Manager Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, guiding a wide range of HR-related topics and day-to-day people matters
  • Recruitment: Supportthe end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate candidate management activities, conduct interviews, and collaborate with external partners
  • HR Processes & Projects: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and actively participate in the planning and implementation of HR projects
  • Employment Law & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labor legislation and internal policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and best practice

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Generalist, HR Manager position or a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of employment law and core HR processes
  • Strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Excellent command of both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
